Cannot display data on standard analysis

So, needed role is "Recruiter" and needed duty is "Recruiting Transaction Analysis Duty".
In our environment a generic user has both of them but he still isn't able to load data and we cannot understand why. On the other hand admin user can see data from it without problems.
