Delete a Learning Record Assignment in Completed Status

we need to delete a Learning Record Assignment in Completed Status. Error comes out when we try to do this by HDL.

Dear All,

we need to delete a Learning Record Assignment in Completed Status.

When we tried to delete it by HDL the error that comes out is:

Assignments linked for ORA_COURSE completion are available, cannot change status to delete for LearningRecordNumber: OLC181004

No activity can be performed in the system from the Change Status button.

How we can delete this Learning Record Assignment?
