CH: Update National Identifier Error

Hello everyone,

We just found out that if a user changes their National Identifier they receive an error.

Error:

The National Identifier is in the correct format as per Oracle's guidelines - 16 numeric digits in the format of: 756.NNNN.NNNN.NC

Does anyone know how to resolve this error?
