We have a report build to view talent ratings and are using the subject area Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time. Our report is currently showing every record for each employee. What we need to view is across all values - records with an effective date greater than 6/1/2023. So far I have only been able to use one filter for Rating Description to show Date From is greater than or equal 6/1/2023 but I need to view the same for Potential and Critical skill columns as well. Id there a way to get an effective date that drives all columns ?
