can the Tax classification code be associated at Task or Project level?

Summary:

The requirement is to have a tax classification code at either Project or Task level. Currently we have Tax classification at Contract Header, Contract line and Expenditure type.

Content (required):

The user needs to set the Tax classification code at project or task level as currently we were associating the tax classification code at contract line .Contract line is created at resource level. Thus, if each classification code is assigned to each resource than we need to create many contract lines and as per oracle document maximum contract lines can be maximum 500 otherwise it might create performance issue.

So if user get the tax classification code at task level we can associate the project Taskwise at contract line level. Each resource will be associated to a single contract line having project associated in it at task level.
