How to change the name of a participant in a BPM worklist skipping of validation

Summary:

BPM worklist approval rule, I want to put a string in the participant's name,approval stage name that is not allowed in the validation.

Content (required):

I want to register "マネージャー承認" in Japanese in the approval stage of the BPM worklist, but it is a prohibited character string in the validation.

As shown in the attached image, if I try to register it as it is, an error occurs in the validation and I cannot register it.

Please let me know if there is a way to change it by API or other means.
