Extract program for OM to RMCS fails with an error

Content (required):

I am running the program to send the OM to RMCS. Below the error we found in log and output files. Are we missing anything from OM set up here ?

Logfile says:

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one rowORA-06512: at "FUSION.DOO_RMCS_DOC_SUBLINE_MAPPER", line 51

ORA-06512: at "FUSION.DOO_RMCS_CHILD_INTEGRATION", line 732


Output says: 

One of the batches failed because it contains order lines that are corrupt or the lines contain data that don't conform to Order Management's data model. Make sure order lines include required attributes. Make sure data for attributes on order lines are in the correct data type, don't exceed their maximum length, and so on, then run the scheduled process again.
