PJC - Records are stuck at import with Rate not found error

Summary:

Content (required):

Contingent worker was in Dept A till 2nd June 2023. From 3rd June 2023, She was transferred to Dept B.

She has a timecard for 29 May-2nd Jun with Dept A that was resubmitted after the the department change.

During this time, PA Admin has already updated the cost override to the new dept B.

So now, This is stuck in import as rate not found error.

How to fix this from Projects, w/o changing transfer in HCM.
