we want to make existing filter Job shift to be shown on the UI filters screen directly

In opportunity market place we want to make existing filter Job shift that is already present in the filters as shown the screen to be visible on the main screen that is currently we have to click on the filter button and then we see Job shift in the filters but we want it to be present on the main filters in UI. is there any way to achieve this?
