Differentiate qualification and assessments initiatives in the different steps of the flow

We find it difficult to differentiate between the two types of initiative in an audit because they coincide in the creation of a qualification.

I need to better understand the flow of the different types of initiatives and how they are evaluated.

Because by creating an assessment iniciative, a qualification is generated, and when we want to manage qualifications, we see in the same "list" those generated from a qualification initiative an those from an assessment.

And we would also like to know if it would be possible to differentiate it in anyway.
