SOAP service to create custom Recurring Revenue in Oracle Sales Cloud

Hope you are doing well!!

We have a requirement to create Recurring revenue in OSC with custom quantities (A schedule having different quantities for each schedule date). I have got my hands on REST API's for the same. But it supports only 1 schedule creation at a time.

Is there any SOAP service available to create a Recurring Revenue having different quantities?
