Adding AND/OR Logical Operator to BI Report Filters

Does anyone know how to add the ADD or OR logical operator to multiple BI report filters?

I created an enrollment report using the BI Reporting feature in the LearnCentre.

When you edit a BI report, you can add filters to filter the data in select report fields.

I want to find all enrollments in the LearnCentre that contain either the word "bias" or "ally" in the Enrollment Name field.

I created the following filters:

Filter 1: Enrollment Name LIKE %bias%

Filter 2: Enrollment Name LIKE %ally%

There's no option on the Filters screen to apply a logical operator (AND or OR) to the filters. Running the report as is will not return any data.
