How does Interview Scheduling in ORC work for your organisation?
Summary:
We are looking for examples of best practice for using interview scheduling in ORC
Content (required):
We are finding that interview scheduling in recruiting cloud does not really meet our needs. Candidate managed interviews are not suitable as we need to be really flexible when arranging interviews with candidates and timeslots are not generally on the same day or planned well in advance.
We do not yet have Microsoft Office 365 so outlook calendars are not integrated. Therefore finding timeslots for multiple stakeholders is time consuming and rearranging/cancelling interviews doesn't work well as stakeholders calendars do not get updated with the changes.
