Been searching but can't find any report that will let me see the reason for the error in a workflow transaction.  With the upgrade to R13 we are finding random workflows that will error out, some due to known bugs Oracle is working on but others error out for no apparent reason.  All i can find is a way to have a report that shows which transactions error but that provides no detail to why they error.

Example, right now i can do a manager change on an employee and everytime i execute it on one person it will fail to complete.  Same transaction works fine on other employees.  So i am figuring something is wrong with the data on this one person but everything looks right.  If there is a way to see the details on why the transaction failed then i could fix the issue.  I ran diagnostic reports on the person and everything seems right as well.
