How to get latest projected end date of Assignment in Alert Composer?

Summary:

Our requirement is to schedule an alert to Line Manager when the projected end date of an employee is expiring in one month and request manager to extend projected end date.

Current tokens used in the template is fetching two projected end dates both old one and latest one. We want the latest one only. Can anyone provide inputs to achieve the requirement?

How can the tokens be changed in the template to achieve this?

Template section:

Dear ${AlertUtils.empManager(emps.PersonId).DisplayName}, 

This notification is to confirm that the Assignment projected end date for your employee ${emps.DisplayName} is due to end on
