Absence Derived Factor - based on Enterprise Seniority Date

Summary:

Hi,

We have configured Annual Leave using Absence Derived Factor - based on Enterprise Seniority Date. However it's not working as expected.

We have received new requirement to enroll annual leave based on enterprise seniority date.

Requirements:

0 to 5.0 Years = 25 days

5.1 to 10.0 years = 26 days

10.1 to 15.0 Years = 27 days

15.1 to 20.0 Years = 28 days

Above 20 Years = 29 days

We have created Derived Factor _ Length of service as below:

Included in Absence Plan:

1 ) [LengthOfService.BG0to5] >= 0 AND [LengthOfService.BG0to5] < 1825 then accrual rate is 25 days

2) [LengthOfService.BG5to10] >= 1825 AND [LengthOfService.BG5to10] < 3650 then accrual rate is 26 days

3) [LengthOfService.BG10to15] >= 3650 AND [LengthOfService.BG10to15] < 5475 then accrual rate is 27 days

Howdy, Stranger!
