Issues updating Parts that utilized <HTML> tags in the extended description field

Summary:

Our only part administrator noticed today that they cannot Modify parts in bulk. I started to look into it and noticed in the bulk upload utility I was getting this error:

Failed For input string: ""

Odd since nothing in the file looked strange.

I navigated to the part editor and noticed when trying to just apply a save I get this error:

  • The "Extended Description 1" field contains unsafe HTML:
  • Remove HTML attributes "align" from "div".
  • Remove HTML attributes "align, size, width" from "hr".

So I navigated to Extended Description and clicked Edit and saved and the error is gone on the part and allows me to modify that part using the upload tool.
