How does a change in project status affect transaction data in the stack?

I would like to know the impact of modifying data that is stuck in the transaction console from the project edit screen.

The problem started when the BPM workflow did not start when the project status was changed.

The issue data is displayed as stuck in the transaction console.

"Terminate Process" operation could not be performed from the transaction console.

More strictly speaking, pressing the button did not change the data.

What happens if I change the project status of that data from the screen when it shows as stuck in the transaction console?

I am concerned that the stacked data will be adversely affected.
