Employees getting error while submitting task in checklist as the document is already present in DOR

Summary:

Employees Checklist is in Pending Status, still employee can upload the documents directly in DOR which supposed to get from checklist.

Please let us know if it is a system flaw and if it can be avoided.

If checklist documents are linked with DOR Documents and employee is getting feasibility to upload documents in DOR directly then checklist status should get auto completed OR employee able to submit the same in checklist task rather that showing the below error.

Hence, system should have these basic checks that if documents is already there in depository (DOR) then the source status (Checklist) should get auto completed but it is not showing as same.
