Punchout is working in one environment, but not working in another environment

We have 2 pods, on one of which punchout is working perfectly fine, however, on another instance, it is throwing error. The test connection button gives a success message, but on clicking the punchout link, it throws the below error. We contacted the supplier and found that there are no issues from their end. Any hints to resolve this will be appreciated.
