Cannot Schedule Alert > Error Thrown

Hello All,
In the ‘Run Options’ tab, when I change the Start and End of an Alert which is already created and click on the Schedule button, I got the following exception:
'ESS-02003 User Admin.ITEC does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation getRequestDetail on request 1833808'
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue ?
Please note the user Admin.ITEC has the role Human Capital Management Integration Specialist with the priviliges: HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV and HRC_ACCESS_ALERTS_COMPOSER_PRIV
Note: The user is able to create a new alert and schedule it
