Configuring Actions in Employment Info

Remove a few actions from Employment info.

Can anyone please provide information/help on how to remove some of the actions under employment info?
(Such as Promote, Resignation, Transfer, Change Salary, eligible jobs, direct reports, termination., etc.).
We are facing an issue where the Employee is able to transfer and promote etc. for them selves.
We are looking to remove some of the components under action which fall under ME> PERSONAL INFORMATION>EMPLOYMENT INFO, especially for a user who is having HR Specialist view all role.
