Will User Variables be part of Oracle-managed migration?

I can't find in any of the documents clear confirmation if User Variables will be also migrated for all users when Oracle migrates classic PBCS apps to their OCI environments, or will users have to re-enter them upon signing on to the OCI environments for the first time?
