Issue with approval rules

Hello experts,

we should configure approval rules for document of records.

We were able to configure rule in case the employee submit document of records: ((getNewDoRByTransactionIdResponse.result.AuthorizationRequired == "Y") AND (getNewDoRByTransactionIdResponse.result.documentType == "Richiesta Part-Time"))

We cannot configure rule in case the line manager submit documents in place of employees? What is the parameter to use in this case?
