Person Load via HDL is loading Person Records in Edit mode

We are trying to convert Worker data. The person load is somehow happening in Edit mode. When we query the person in application, the person records opens in Edit mode. If we try to submit, the submit action goes through but when we query the same person, it opens up in Edit mode again.
