Are Maintenance work orders with resource labor with POET supported by CM SLA?

Summary:

We have implemented Cost Management, Projects, and Grants. We are able to enter work orders for equipment resource costs, item costs, and labor resource costs with POET. We have setup the 'Maintenance Material Issue' and 'Maintenance Material Return' SJERS and have setup the CM account rules with Project based rules such as the Project Organization Company Segment. We have also setup the 'Maintenance Resource Absorption' SJERS. However, we are unable to see or assign the CM account rules because they include Project based rules.
