Transaction Default Sort Order on Quote Manager UI

A bunch of quotes on the manager page is basically showing the latest creation quote > recent opened quote on top as default. Am i correct?

Is this something you can't change the definition? We just don’t want to have the quotes you just opened up (without saving) on the top.
