DFF In Quality Issue Page

Summary: Our requirement is to callout Purchasing order using table based LOV in Quality Issue


Content (required): We have a option to use application composer to add more fields on Quality Issue page. Our requirement is to callout Purchase Order number using Table based LOV. There is no DFF option available. We have limitation to use dependent LOV using application composer. It would be great if anyone has implemented table based LOV using application composer.

We have context available for Problem Report but unable to add contextual based fields using Problem Report.

It would be great if any has implemented solution on the above requirement.
