GetConfigurations API to access options selected in Configurator

Looking for options to consume Sales options been selected in Model Configurations. This is required for generating the reports based on certain option selections.

Tried with GetConfigurations SOAP Webservices API, but I am not able to succeed in executing this method. There is a parameter "configurationIds" that need to be in the input, I would like to know what is this attribute? Not able to find any documentation about this attribute.
