Option of creating custom accounts in File import and export secured by duty roles

Summary: We are looking to create Custom Accounts which can be available in the File Import and Export tool - Account dropdown. Also we want to explore possibility of securing these Custom accounts by creating Custom Duty Roles similar to Predefined duty roles such as 'Upload data for%'. For example one such predefined role is - Upload data for Price List Import

Content (required): Business Case - We have implemented a custom solution via which user can upload a simple excel file in a UCM folder. A third party application downloads this file and automatically generates a Price List Batch import FBDI file which is imported into Oracle to mass update/create Price Lists.
