To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Hello,
we're implementing Learning module for a FSI client.
Using Communities, we created categories and topics. We have associated a single course to a topic using the "Communities" tab within the "Course creation" section. Using the "Manage Default Access" feature within the course previously associated with a topic, we set the "View Mode" field = No access. In this case any employee is not able to see the course. Why is the employee able to see the Category and the Topic?
We also created a Global Access Group and linked it to a course. The employee who is not part of the Global Access Group is not able to see the course, but is able to see the Category and related Topic. Why?
