Summary:

Let us assume there is a transaction generated a commission of 5000 and that is paid in April 2022 period , where as due to rate change in subsequent period the commission for already paid transaction has been changed to 6000

Now the May 2022 Paysheet will automatically deduct 5000 which is already paid from April 2022 and generate only 1000 as commission in May 2022 pay sheet

Whereas in custom SQL BIP report we are bringing the measure results outputs in few columns and we are not able to deduct the historical already paid numbers from measure results table as there is no historical table for measure results .
