Incorrect completion date on colleague's learning assignments
Summary:
We have noticed that the incorrect completion date is logged against certain learner assignment records.
Content (required):
User 1 – completion date for Prepaid observation (highlighted in yellow) for R McDonnell on Learning is showing as 20th June, but manager says she completed on 26th June. Interestingly the last updated date is 26th June as you can see below
User 2 - Manager says she completed prepaid observation for Janice Linsdell on 13th June, not 8th June as showing on Learning. Interestingly the last updated date is 13th June as you can see below
I have raised an SR but in the meantime wanted to see if anyone had any ideas
