Is there a way to modify the text of the error message that shows up on the Sign-In screen?

This is not necessarily learning related, however, all of our escalations related to this error are those of learners trying to access the learning module.

When an end user encounters the error message, there is no clear set of actions other than contact the administrator. However, we have specific support sites where they have to go to request support.

Is there a way to update the text to send them to the correct support link or is there anythig on the roadmap that will allow us to make updates to this.
