Removing Line Managers ability to update and correct positions

Summary:

Line Managers are changing position details and shouldn't be allowed to. The Actions button allows them to Update and Correct and only our HR team should be able to do this. We did work with our security team about locking down the roles, but it had unintended consequences in other areas. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to lock down their ability to do this from the Actions button?
