Import Formatted Report into Smartview

Summary:

I am attempting to import a formatted report into Smartview. I have nine reports and 8 of them import just fine as formatted reports. All 9 reports import fine as ad hoc.

I have attached a screen shot of the error. I do not have any other Excel files open when importing this report.
