Summary: in release 22A Lease Approval required opt-in configuration in lookup. cannot find if this opt-in is now expired


Content (required): Noticed that Lease approval seem to work based on configuration of system options. No need to add row to ORA_FLA_OPTIN_OPTIONS lookup. Just can't confirm if opt-in via lookup entry still required or opt-in is now expired
