Content (required):

We created an activity which is an Instructor-Led lesson via Microsoft Teams using standard integration. The link to the room is correctly created and both teacher and participants can join with no problem. At offer level we set at 50% the virtual activity duration the learner must participate in order to be marked as complete:

By the end of the virtual classroom learners don't see their activity marked as complete and no attendance report is generate.

We don't understand why.


PS: we run process "Virtual Classroom Attendance Report Job" but it stays at "Retrying" status forever
