I have some Storyline 360 courses that are running fine in Chrome but when user try to launch in IE11 they only get a blank screen. 

The courses are set up properly in Storyline. I am using HTML5 with flash fallback. The courses are set to launch in the existing window. We are not using the updated learncenter player yet just the classic. I am using the normal code to launch it:
