Details captured under Context Sensitive Segments are not sequential

Hello,

We have recently created new sections and fields under 'Additional person info' page and all works well but when we capture values under fields its not sequential.

Example : When HR goes to the 'Additonal Personal Info' page, select info group 'GDCs Employee Information' and add records under sections (JDU & Region) newly added records shows at the top (Thats what we are expecting) but when we go home page and again visit Additonal Personal Info' page, info group 'GDCs Employee Information' newly created records displays at the bottom and old records displays at the top.

This is not for any specific info group under 'Additional Personal Info' page' this happens for all the info groups.
