Post 18B, Home and Bell icon moved to the left

Hi All,

1. We are noticing that after 18B update, the Home and Bell icons have moved to the left- next to the logo.- Is this a change in 18B?

2. We see 2 links for Scheduled Processes in Navigator- Is this a Bug or a known issue in 18B?
