Hi,

I want to know the pros and cons of automating FBDI using ERP Cloud v ESS Web Service. Below is my understanding, Can u please correct if I am wrong in some aspects.

FBDI using ESS Web Service 

  1. You don't need to transform, You can map it source file fields to Item attributes directly using Import Maps in PDM
  2. There is a certain limitation with Transformation capability in PDM versus ICS
  3. You need to push source file to UCM
  4. You need to update the manifest file to use new source feed file in UCM
