Exclude SmartList Accounts in a FIX statement possible?

Summary:

I need to remove zeros from a cube. However many SmartLists need zeros, so want to keep those.

Is there a way to exclude by DATA TYPE property in a FIX statement? Or would I have to create UDA's for them or something like that?
