I am going to extend a VBCS application , and I created users roles.

Content (required):

When I change the stage to Live. Is there any further works to the users roles.

Also, I cannot find a lot of users when I want to add them to the users roles. I used Emails and Employees ID.

Can I get comprehensive reference. So, I can refer to it in case I have more concerns.
