23b person spotlight search for professional users will replace the global search ?

In fusion 23B upgrades , we have this new update -ORACLE SEARCH PROFESSIONAL USERSת PERSON SPOTLIGHT SEARCH FOR PROFESSIONAL USER - see link -

1) will this search replace the current global search bar ? -
2) Will this requires a setup ,and if so Is this enhancement will work if we won’t enable the new redwood pages ?
3) if we enable the setup (if there is any setup),will we be able to revert and skip the new search for professional users.
