How to default a context segment field of a DFF based on a input in a global field?

Summary: Default a context specific field (DFF) defined for the country united states, based on the input in global field Hourly or salaried paid.

The context specific field i.e. FLSA STATUS and HOURLY or SALARIED PAID are both defined in the person assignments section.

The field HOURLY or SALARIED PAID consists of LOV defined by two values i.e. Salaried / Hourly.

The context specific filed FLSA STATUS consists of LOV defined by two values as well. i.e. Exempt/ Non-Exempt.

Trying to utilize the Initial Default section of the DFF to achieve this.
