Request for Support to Restore Data Extraction File on New Instance

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue we are currently facing in restoring a data extraction file from a purged instance to a new instance.


We are working on a project where we need to extract data from an old instance, which has already been purged. We were able to extract the required data as a file, and we now need to restore it to a new instance. However, we are facing difficulties in restoring the file to the new instance.


The Client is looking to restore the extracted data file (from purged instance) shared in the screenshot below on a new fresh instance, covering the following scope:
