How to derive Revenue Account from Item ?

Summary:

We have configured the Item Sales account at the Item Validation org present Order Parameters. We have also setup a SLA rule to derive the Revenue Account from 'Revenue Inventory Item Revenue Account' source. However, the Revenue account is failing to derive. Is there any configuration that I an missing?
