How to Skip the CEO Approval

Summary:

We have enabled from BPM the 'Prohibit User Self-Approval', and also the 'Deadlines Escalation and expiration'. And we tried configuring this from the Payload Attribute to specify the CEO, /task:task/task:payload/ns14:findUserRoleDetailByUsername/ns14:userName='NicSmith', however, the approval still goes to the CEO. Please advise and see below.
