Can we add message/smart tip on Login page

Summary:

We have a requirement to enable to Chooser login page so that Agents can login page, and internal employee can login with Single sign on.

But this will create a confusion for the Internal employee whether they have to use Single Sign or they have to use User name and password fields.

So is there a way we can enter message/smart tip on login page and add a comment that Agent has to login with user name and password and internal employee has to Single Sign on page.
